By using FastShare, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Service Description
FastShare is a free temporary file sharing service. Files uploaded to FastShare are stored temporarily and automatically deleted after the selected expiration period (1 day to 1 week).
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use FastShare to:
- Upload or share illegal content
- Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful software
- Share copyrighted, confidential, or proprietary material without proper authorization
- Upload any files or data that you do not have the legal right to share, including copyrighted or confidential information
- Upload personal data of others without consent
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the service
- Use automated tools to mass-upload or mass-download files
You may not upload any copyrighted, confidential, or proprietary data, files, or information to FastShare.
4. Copyrighted and Confidential Content
If we receive a request or notification regarding the sharing of copyrighted, confidential, or proprietary files or data on FastShare, we may remove such content at our discretion and without prior notice. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their uploads do not violate any copyright, confidentiality, or other legal rights.
5. File Size Limits
Each share is limited to 2GB. The total storage available is shared across all users and may be temporarily restricted when capacity is reached.
6. Temporary Storage
All files on FastShare are temporary. We do not guarantee file availability for any specific duration. Files may be removed before their scheduled expiration in cases of policy violation or system maintenance.
7. No Warranty
FastShare is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, data integrity, or file availability. Use FastShare at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
FastShare and its operators shall not be liable for any loss of data, damages, or other liabilities arising from the use of this service. Do not use FastShare as your sole means of file storage or transfer for critical data.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of FastShare after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
